At Megahub, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied with your item, we offer an easy exchange process to ensure you get the perfect fit or style.

Eligibility for Exchange

• Items can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
• Sale items and gift cards are non-exchangeable.

Exchange Process

1. Contact our customer support at info@megahub.us with your order details and exchange request.
2. Once approved, we will provide instructions on returning the item.
3. After receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your exchange and ship the replacement item within 5-7 business days.

Shipping Costs for Exchanges

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
• If the replacement item is of a different price, we will adjust the payment accordingly.

Defective or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement.
